How it started
We wanted a spot like this in our own neighborhood, so we built one.
Peaches Coffee opened on Hamilton Pool Road in Building 3, tucked into the corner of Bee Cave just before the road bends out toward Dripping Springs. We started with a simple idea: serve coffee we’d actually want to drink, in a room people would actually want to sit in, with a wall of art and a couple of arcade cabinets because life is too short for a beige cafe.
The winged-peach wordmark you see on the door wasn’t an accident. It’s a small flag for the kind of place we’re trying to be: hand-drawn, a little bit playful, not taking itself too seriously, taking the coffee very seriously.
On weekdays we open at 7. On weekends we sleep in a touch. Through the door is house-roasted-quality espresso, seasonal lattes, baked goods, and at any given moment a handful of regulars, a stroller or two, and someone trying to beat the high score on the cabinet in the corner.
